What happens after you call
Four steps. Many estate sales can be prepared and conducted within approximately 7–14 days once the agreement is signed and we have access to the property.

We walk the home
We look at the entire property — room by room, closets and garage included — and identify what may have value.

We recommend a plan
Estate sale, select auction, curated offering, or a combination. We tell you which fits the property and your timeline, and what it costs.

We run the sale
Staging, pricing research, photography, marketing to our buyer list, and staffing the sale. Our on-site staff are background-checked.

We settle up and hand back the home
You receive a settlement statement and payment, usually within 14 days of the sale. When clearing is part of the engagement, the home is handed back empty.

Most families call us about the belongings. By the end of the first conversation, the real question is almost always the house too — what has to happen to it, in what order, and by when.
An estate sale puts hundreds of local people through the property over a weekend. We actively recognize buyers who may also be looking to purchase the home, and we bring that interest back to you. If you already have a Realtor, we work alongside them. If you do not, we can discuss licensed real estate representation and the right timing for the property.
